UHCA 2021 Hybrid Fall Conference

Utah Valley Convention Center- September 8th & 9th

Utah Valley Convention Center (220 W Center St, Provo, UT 84601) 

September 8-9 in person (geared towards owners, administrators, executives, DON's, etc.) 

September 13-17 virtual sessions for staff members (this replaces in-person staff day) 

The cost for this conference is $900 per facility.

Registration includes:

  • 2 people (owners, administrators, executives, DONs, etc.) that can attend the conference in person
  • 2 total registrants can receive CEUs whether they attend in person or virtually 

Virtual Staff Day can have any staff members attend at no additional cost. If you need another virtual CEU attendee it will be $110/person. Please contact Brittany () to schedule. 

As a reminder, registration is per facility, please do not register more than one facility together.

The in-person conference will be limited to 250 people. Any registrants thereafter will be strictly virtual. Be sure to register today!

We will follow all local COVID-19 guidelines.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of registration 2 weeks prior to event is entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellation of registration 1 week prior to event is entitled to a half refund.
  • Cancellation of registration and 1 week or less will be entitled to NO Refund.
