  • Cancellation of Registration 90 days prior to the event is entitled to a full refund or credit, one month prior is half refund or credit, and anything 30 days or less will be NO refund or credit.

Optional Table-Top Set up

You are welcome to set up your table-top during this time. We will have an optional Welcome Exhibit in the morning, so you can use this time to set up before that.

May 13 7:00-8:00am

Optional Welcome Exhibit

Vendors are invited to join us for an informal Welcome Exhibit from 7:00 to 8:00 AM. During this time, we will open the air walls between the vendor hall and the main meeting room, allowing vendors to greet attendees as they arrive. This is a great opportunity to showcase your table-top, make initial connections, and encourage attendees to return to their table-top during the designated exhibit hours.

Use this time to meet new members and showcase your company!

Take Down Table-tops & Clean Up

Take down your table top exhibit and clean up.
