- Cancellation of Registration 90 days prior to the event is entitled to a full refund or credit, one month prior is half refund or credit, and anything 30 days or less will be NO refund or credit.

Optional Welcome ExhibitVendors are invited to join us for an informal Welcome Exhibit from 7:00 to 8:00 AM. During this time, we will open the air walls between the vendor hall and the main meeting room, allowing vendors to greet attendees as they arrive. This is a great opportunity to showcase your table-top, make initial connections, and encourage attendees to return to their table-top during the designated exhibit hours. |
