2024 Event Sponsorship Opportunities
1-Day Workshop/Seminar Sponsor ($3,500)
Your company logo will be front and center the entire day by having your logo in the attendee agendas, introducing speakers, assisting with registration/check in, and you'll provide lanyards for our members to wear for the day along with any other swag you'd like to hand out.
Event Sponsor ($5,000)
Your company logo will be printed on the front page of all attendee agendas. Your logo will be on the entry arch going into the trade show. Introduce the keynote speaker on the 2nd day and have time to speak in front of the members.
Event Program Advertisement

Event Folder & Advertisement ($1,000)
Company will purchase folders with their logo on the front and include a 1 page flyer insert for every attendee folder. Folders and flyers/business cards will then need to be at UHCA's office at least 15 days prior to the event.
Attendee Tote Bags ($2,000)

Company logo printed on all attendee's tote bags.
On-site Registration ($1,000)
Two available days both included – “Meet and Greet” attendees as they check-in at registration. You may pass out giveaways to attendees with sponsors’ logo (provided by sponsor). Recognition in agenda and event signage at registration.
Lanyards ($1,500)
Your company will purchase lanyards with your logo and UHCA's logo for attendees to wear for 2 days of the event. Your company will send lanyards to UHCA 30 days prior to event. Recognition in agenda.
Keynote Speaker Sponsor ($2,500)
Company recognition in event agenda, address attendees before session starts, introduce speaker.
Break Out Room Sponsor ($500)

Greet and scan attendees in and out of all breakout sessions for the full day in one room, and introduce the speaker for that session.
Executive Leadership Reception Refreshments & Snacks ($1,800)

Be a part of UHCA 1st day Showcase by sponsoring the afternoon refreshments & snacks, company logo recognition in event agenda, signage at snack table. Assist with giveaway prizes provided by UHCA at the end of reception.

Trade Show Seating Lounge Area with Charging Station ($1,200)

Company may provide signage & promotional material as desired in seating area. Recognition in event agenda. Booth location close to lounge area.
Showcase Luncheon Buffet ($2,000)
You don’t want to miss this opportunity to sponsor UHCA’s largest Showcase of the year (on the 2nd day for our Fall Event, and on the 1st day for our Spring Event), by sponsoring the Showcase luncheon, company logo recognition in event agenda, signage at all seating tables and food tables, and verbal recognition during trade show as company sponsor. Be a part of the giveaway prizes, and quilt auction provided by UHCA at the end of showcase.

Company will provide ad/swag to go inside all attendees tote bags that they receive upon check-in at the event.

Company’s name will be the Wi-Fi name and password (if allowed by venue, if not signage will be posted for sponsorship.)
UHCA Scholarship Sponsor ($500)

Choose to sponsor a scholarship to encourage staff in communities to further their education. We love being able to send money back to our staff who work tirelessly to prove world-class care to our loved ones residing in communities. Recognition in agenda.
Gift Basket Auction ($200)

Donate a gift basket of your choice, items for the baskets, or money to put baskets together, for the UHCA’s Scholarship Foundation Fundraiser. Baskets will be auctioned off at the conclusion of the Grand Showcase (on the 2nd day of the convention). All the funds from the auction go to the scholarship foundation.

Digital Advertising Package ($2,000)
2 Advertisements sent to all members throughout the year, 4 social media posts throughout the year, and a rotating banner on the homepage on UHCA’s website for 12 months.
Social Media Post ($100)
Company will provide email/advertisement to include in 2 weekly emails to members/year.
2 Email Advertisements to Members ($500)
Company will provide 2 email advertisements to be sent to all members 2 times a year. (One email for each advertisement spaced months apart.)
